Below details the steps to email a single or group of reports Monthly

Set Collection report for Previous Month

  • (other collection report date filters are: Current Day, Previous Day, Current Week, Previous Week, Current Pay Period, Previous Pay Period, Current Month, Previous Month)

Setup Time Range for when the report should be created 

  • Set the times at 8:00am - 9:00am for all days
  • (Only active on Day 1 of month during this time window)

Setup Event

  • Choose the Collection Report
  • Set to Internal, Active Time is Monthly Time Range, Interval needs to equal to or greater than the time range minute span
